Using I Love The Smiths AI

This service lets adults create AI elevator conversation videos using two authorized portraits. By using an account or submitting a request, you agree to these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. Keep your sign-in details private and provide accurate billing information.

Credit packs and generation

The available packs are one video for $7.90, three for $19.90 and ten for $54.90, in USD. They grant 150, 450 and 1,500 credits respectively. Each Smiths generation consumes 150 credits. Packs are one-time purchases without a recurring subscription, and unused credits have no scheduled expiry. Credits are account-bound, not cash and not transferable. Provider or statutory taxes may be shown during checkout.

We credit purchases after payment confirmation. A generation ending in a confirmed final failure restores its consumed credits. A restored balance is separate from a cash refund. Refer to our Refund Policy for billing errors and monetary refund requests.

Your inputs and results

You retain rights you have in your uploads and authorize the processing needed to moderate, render and deliver your request. Obtain agreement from each person pictured. Generated output can contain inaccuracies in likeness, hands, expressions or timing; no exact result or commercial exclusivity is promised. Check the result and all necessary image, likeness and audio rights before sharing it.

Availability and storage

Rendering times depend on provider availability. You can follow jobs in your private library. Finished videos have a standard 24-hour storage window; save the MP4 promptly. We may restrict accounts that abuse the service, evade payment or violate our policies.
