I Love The Smiths AI uses your email, account profile and authentication information to maintain your account. Purchase records connect payment confirmation to your prepaid credit balance. Payment providers handle payment credentials; do not send card numbers to our support team.

Portraits and generated videos

The two portraits you select remain a local browser draft until you submit a generation request. Submission sends the images and optional instructions to our service, moderation services and the AI providers needed to produce your scene. Uploaded likenesses are used to fulfill the request, not to verify your identity. Only upload portraits you are entitled to use.

Completed videos are associated with your account and stored for a standard 24-hour download period. Download your result before the displayed expiry. Temporary generation inputs are cleaned up by the delivery workflow; failed tasks, provider retention policies and operational backups can affect when every copy disappears. A video URL may be accessible to anyone you share that URL with.

Cookies and operational records

Session cookies keep you signed in. Browser storage preserves unfinished portrait selections and preferences. Security, task and payment records help us investigate failures, prevent abuse and reconcile credit use. Optional analytics and marketing tools, if enabled, follow the choices shown in cookie settings.

Your choices

You can review your purchases, credits and videos in Settings. Request access, correction or deletion through Support Tickets or support@ilovethesmithsai.com. We may retain records required for billing, disputes or legal obligations. Providers may process data in other jurisdictions under their own service terms.
